🔹 Actualization – Instead of forcing myself, I compromised:
I’m doing a GI Map test first to get real answers.
I’m working with a practitioner for support.
I reminded myself—this is temporary and the goal is to feel good again.
🔹 Achievement – I ditched the all-or-nothing mindset and took one small step at a time.
Same thing with my workouts—I kept making excuses:
❄ It’s too cold.
⏳ I don’t have time.
📅 I’ll start tomorrow.
