1. Set a Clear Intention (1 min)
- Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths.
- Clearly state your intention or goal in a positive and present-tense manner.
- Example: “I am qualified and have a lot to offer to the new job I applied for.”
2. Visualization (2 mins)
- Visualize your intention as if it has already come true.
- Picture the details vividly: What do you see, hear, feel, and even smell in this desired reality?
- Imagine the emotions you would feel if your goal were achieved.
3. Affirmations (1 min)
- Repeat positive affirmations that align with your intention.
- Use statements like “I am worthy of success,” “I have an abundant life,” or “I am confident and capable.”
- Feel the truth of these affirmations as you say them.
4. Gratitude (1 min)
- Think of a few things you are grateful for right now.
- Feel the gratitude deeply and acknowledge the positive aspects of your current life.
- Expressing gratitude helps to elevate your vibration and align you with what you desire.
