I spent most of today at a creek, enjoying the beautiful spring weather and doing a cold plunge into the icy water. It was the perfect way to regulate my nervous system and ground my energy as part of my preparation for my Spring Retreat this week!
Cold plunges are known to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, increase energy, and promote mental clarity and improved mood.
