Over the past few years, especially during Covid, there’s been a huge influx of people calling themselves “coaches” without the proper training or experience.
It’s hard to know who’s really here to help you transform your life and who’s just selling fluff. This has led to so much confusion and mistrust.
I’m not an influencer who suddenly decided to become a coach. I’ve spent nearly 10 years as a healer and coach, holding space for deep transformation and lifelong healing.
My journey includes extensive training and certifications—from breathwork to sound healing, Embodied Trauma Healing, Reiki, Clairvoyant School, and RRT (and so much more). Plus, I came from a career in advertising, so I understand how to help soulful entrepreneurs grow their businesses authentically.
I’m not here for quick fixes or surface-level advice. I help people truly heal, regulate their nervous systems, and increase their capacity to receive. And that’s what allows them to manifest the fulfilling, abundant lives they’re craving.
And the results speak for themselves. I currently have a 70% client retention rate—many of my clients continue working with me round after round because the growth, transformation, and alignment they experience are that powerful.
