I know this week has been especially challenging for many of us. The election, with all its stress and uncertainties, has left many feeling anxious and overwhelmed.
The results may be triggering for some, bringing up feelings and concerns we might have thought we’d moved past. This is why it’s so important, now more than ever, to take care of our mental health and well-being.
Back when the pandemic began, I hosted weekly Community Gatherings to create a safe, supportive space where we could come together, process our emotions, and find empowerment.
Today, I’m inviting you to join me for a Community Gathering with that same intention. This gathering is all about giving you a place to breathe, feel supported, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm.
What to Expect: We’ll be practicing breathwork, a powerful technique that uses controlled breathing to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and bring a sense of peace to your mind and body.
Breathwork works by helping you tune into your body and emotions, which allows you to process difficult feelings and cultivate resilience. Many people feel lighter, more grounded, and clearer after a session—and that’s exactly what I want for you during this time.
Details:
🗓️ Date: Today November 7
🕒 Time: 5pm - 6pm pst
📍 Location: Zoom
If you’re feeling the weight of this week or just need a moment for yourself, please join us. Even if you can’t attend live, this session will be recorded, so you can watch it whenever you need some support and grounding.
Let’s hold space for each other. I look forward to sharing this time with you. xo Ana
