In my last Mastermind group, I had a woman whose goal was to be consistent. Sounds simple, right? Nope! This is something most people struggle with. According to a recent poll I did on Instagram, 95% shared they have a hard time staying consistent. Consistency is about building small, empowering habits and rituals that you do every single day that keep you focused on your highest priorities and goals. Look at your life right now...what have you been consistent with? Those are probably the goals you've manifested. And what have you said you want to do, but haven’t taken consistent actions towards? To be consistent requires a commitment on your part. It requires that you commit yourself to a sustained effort of action over the long term. Adding to this the accountability of a group really helps you with your follow-through. When your mind starts telling you it’s okay not to do something, or you procrastinate, you also know you have to tell that to your Mastermind group…and that’s not as easy to do. This accountability and consistency resulted in HUGE breakthroughs for my client. In the end, she made herself a priority and started to manifest her goals. Her confidence increased and she became very clear about what she wants in her life. I wanted to share my client's amazing results with you to give you hope. Your life can change with small actions. Consistency will help you accomplish your goals, and you don't have to do it alone.
