100 Miles of hiking breathtaking trails.

🌲 I just wrapped up an incredible 5-week adventure where I hiked 100 miles of breathtaking trails! 🥾Here’s a peek into what I’ve learned along the way:

1️⃣ Strengthening the Mindset 💪: Despite moments when hiking seemed challenging, I pushed through! Even when I didn’t “feel” like hiking, I showed up and experienced an amazing sense of accomplishment afterward. Our mindset truly is a powerful tool!

2️⃣ Manifesting Goals ✨: The peace and tranquility of the trails allowed me to get clear on what I want to manifest next in my life. I had space to contemplate, dream, and align with my true desires.

3️⃣ Rediscovering Joy and Priorities 🌻: The beauty of nature served as a gentle reminder of what truly matters and brings you joy.

4️⃣ Unleashing Inner Strength 💪: Through this journey, I discovered my unshakable strength. I was reminded of that I’m capable of doing tough things. I am a strong woman who can conquer any peak!

5️⃣ Nature’s Abundance 🌳: There is so much abundance all around us if we just stop and notice. The sacredness of trees, their ancient wisdom, and all the plants and animals I encountered reminded me that I’m always provided for and not to be afraid.

6️⃣ Breathwork on Mountain Tops 🌬️✨: Taking a moment to pause on a mountain top and practice breathwork was next level! The combination of fresh air, stunning vistas, and being held by Mother Earth allowed me to shed layers I had been holding onto for a while. After a good crying session, it brought me the kind of vitality and energy that truly makes me feel alive!

7️⃣ Embracing Slow and Rest 🐌: Amidst the trails’ challenges, I discovered the importance of taking life at a slower pace. It’s okay to listen to your body and honor its need for rest.

8️⃣ New Chapter, New Home 🌟🏡: Hiking 100 miles gave me the clarity and realization that it’s time to move out of bustling LA. My body yearns for more peace and quiet, more nature, and a slower pace.
