About the Event
The New Moon is the perfect time for everyone to plant seeds of intentions for what you wish to manifest in your life.
To help support you in this proces we will begin our gathering using breathwork to gain clarity and guidance for your expansion. Ana will also be using aromatherpy and do energy healings to help you release any blocks.
After activating and opening your body and senses via breathe, you will enter the water where Rocio will guide you through a meditative sound experience. You will enter into a deeper level of surrender, inner guidance and intention setting.
Water is a mutable element that morphs through the intention of its environment. Since our brains and bodies are majority water, immersing in this element will allow you to alter the healing potential as you gently release via the water and the synergy of the group.
